I've never had that happen before, although we've had our drummer for pit orchestra show up to practice and then leave at the break and never return and of course there is the 3 hour long rehearsals when the actors on stage are having tons of last minute trouble... at least it seams like that.

I also love my section too even when you just want to scream in thier faces because it seems they can't get it right...
